Founded in 1994, Alan Scott began its journey in knitwear manufacturing. Over time, we evolved — venturing into media and retail — and, since 2019, we’ve transformed into a diversified, innovation-driven enterprise committed to improving lives through technology, health, and sustainability.
A country full of learners, but not enough learning.
Across India’s classrooms, factories, and communities, one truth kept repeating itself—students struggled without guidance, teachers were overwhelmed, and millions of adults lacked essential skills. Technology existed, but it didn’t reach the people who needed it most.

Dr. Jitesh Jain is an AI innovator and EdTech leader with a PhD in Quantum Physics and research experience at Boston University, LIGO (USA), and CERN. Bringing deep scientific insight into education, he develops AI solutions for underserved and remote communities. As the founder of LearniX, he has led projects like KrishGuru—India’s first offline AI teacher—Simulation Labs for robotics and space science, the Dishant Patra STREAM Olympiad, and PaisaPal, a bilingual AI platform for financial literacy. Recognized as an Innovation Ambassador by the Ministry of Education, he also advises on national education initiatives. Guided by his belief that technology should empower people, Dr. Jain works to ensure every learner has access to high-quality, future-ready education.
